Philadelphia Engagement Photos – Philadelphia Art Museum – Sarah & David

This engagement session came at the perfect time. In the busiest month of the year, where I don’t even know which end is up (which I’m beyond grateful for!)….Sarah & David came along. These high school sweethearts were exactly what I needed to remind me why I love this “job” so much. Even if I did have to go to the Philadelphia Eagles‘ stadium! As a Cowboys fan, that was a tough pill to swallow. In case you don’t know, the Cowboys and the Eagles are pretty big rivals. But honestly, all of that weirdness went away as soon as we got moving. For starters, Sarah is drop dead gorgeous. She’s also a total sweetheart! David’s personality came through as he jokingly said they should have confirmed that their photographer was an Eagle’s fan before booking.

We had so much fun in the little time we had together. David got that nuzzle down SO fast! Total pro. And can we talk about how he looks at Sarah? I love it. They’ve been together over 8 years, and they still have all of that flirtiness (is that a word!?!) between them. We started at Lincoln Financial Field, which was actually a pretty cool stadium. Then we moved to this amazing mural wall behind the stadium. After that, we hopped in the cars and made our way to the Philadelphia Art Museum. Where these two got engaged! I had no idea we would be climbing the famous Rocky stairs to get there. Best part? The sun came out from behind the clouds and we got the most PERFECT glowy light ever! Of course I grabbed a cheesesteak on my way to my hotel. Then just sat and stared at the back of my camera. Clearly a computer HAS to come with me from now on! Sarah and David thank you SO much for choosing this location for your engagement photos. I LOVE it when couples pick a spot with meaning to them. It just makes it so much more fun. I cannot WAIT for their Delaware wedding!
