During a time where temps were hitting the 100’s, we were gifted a PERFECT evening in the Outer Banks for this session. I could not have been more excited to meet the rest of the Munroe family. You may recognize Meredith and her mom from one of the Christmas mini sessions this past year. Scott and Tara along with Meredith’s nieces flew in from Venezuela (jealous!) for their family vacation at their mother’s Outer Banks home. Rae & Chris came down from Philadelphia. I just love how everyone came together for one week, literally from all over the world. It’s something you don’t see a whole lot of anymore, and I love it. When Meredith asked me to do a family session for them a few months back, I was elated. Imagine my happiness when I arrived to the home only to realize that it’s RIGHT on the beach!!! Everyone had fun and Gemma and Elsie hung in there with me right up til the end. Such a great idea to schedule a family session while everyone is in one place! I hope I get to do this for them every year =] I could definitely use a little Outer Banks family photography at least once a year!
