When Will contacted me about a family session, and then included the fact that they would be bringing their dogs….well by now you should know how I feel about that. =]  Having family portraits done when the kids are adults and everyone’s lives are going in different directions may seem hard to do, but it is SO important. As parents, we know that having great photos of our children while they’re little is important. But as life gets hectic and everyone grows up, it gets harder to get everyone together and it generally doesn’t happen. I am SO glad that this family has placed importance on having those memories! We had a pretty day at First Landing State Park for these. I remember it being a little chilly, but compared to what we have now….I’d take it. Is it spring yet!?!?!
